This week one of the biggest book stores in Moscow, Biblio-Globus, hosted a second presentation of Vladimir Pereverzin’s biographical book ‘Hostage. The Story of a Yukos manager’ following a successful launch on August 28.

Pereverzin spoke about 7 years and 2 months spent in prison:

“I was sure that I will never get out. The same thing right now is happening to Khodorkovsky: in just a few weeks it will be 10 years of his imprisonment; and everyone is guessing – would they free him or not. But it depends not on the system of justice, but on a personal will of a particular person.”
