Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s lawyers have filed a repeat request (the original copy below in Russian) with the Moscow City Court to advise them of when Khodorkovsky and Lebedev’s sentencing appeal will be heard.

Vadim Klyuvgant, one of the defence team representatives, filed a similar request with the court and also with the Supreme Court on September 18th however, the lawyer has never received a response.

Klyuvgant highlighted that the defence is as yet unaware of the hearing date, time and venue, and demanded the information without delay.
