Le Monde: Open letter to Medvedev, Russia and Rule of law

French personalities, including two famous ex-Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ask for Medvedev to make sure that Khodorkovsky’s second trial is not a mockery of justice, as all independent observers of this case conclude there is no legal ground for this second trial and that Russia needs to establish rule of law.
