I think I can call you all my friends, even though I don’t know many of you personally. I have acquired a lot of new friends. You are writing to me, offering words of support, arguing with me, missing me, telling me about your life and asking me about mine. You have no idea how important it is for me, how supportive.

Of course, a lot has happened in the past 10 years – loss, disappointment, and crushed hopes. But there was also a priceless experience. The experience of faith in fortitude, dignity, and honour. Faith in people.
