Open Russia Online Forum “Life in Russia under sanctions”

On February 21st, the upcoming Open Russia online forum will discuss the subject of “Life under sanctions”.
Open Russia’s journalists will ask viewers and experts how the sanctions – both those implemented by Western countries and those used by the Kremlin as counter-measures – influence their daily life and business. The participants including Daniel Fried, State Department’s Coordinator for Sanctions Policy and Vygaudas Ušackas, Head of the EU Delegation to the Russian Federation will try to determine whether the West has achieved its goals with its current sanctions policy.
