Today the official website of the Moscow City Court reported that the Court’s Presidium will hear the supervisory appeal of Khodorkovsky and Lebedev’s defense teams on December 20, 2012, starting at 10am. The appeal is against the Khamovnichesky Court verdict and subsequent court decisions.
