Platon Lebedev has commented on the ruling of the Moscow City Court, remarking that: “I have wasted my time – I have read this nonsense. Primitive lies, loss of common sense and ignorance of the criminals from the Moscow City Court were demonstrated in this “opus” (December 2012 ruling by the Moscow City Court), confirming what is already known. Now the defence team would also have to deal with this crime.

P.S. Regarding the term mitigation appointed by illegal sentencing. This “gang” cannot even add up properly:  10 years and 8 months (page 22 of the ruling) + 0 (zero) months (page 23 of the ruling) = 11 years!? The Moscow City Court Presidium had removed 6 months from the “Meschansky” sentencing (from 02.07.2003 until 27.12.2010 there is 7 years and 6 months). Therefore this “gang” illegally added 4 more months to my term!
