2014: Russian secret services are organizing multiple explosions in military warehouses in the Czech Republic. Two people died.

2018: Russian agents Petrov and Boshirov attempt to poison Sergei Skripal who used to serve as a Russian intelligence officer. An innocent British citizen died.

Although there are other inhumane regimes around the world it is Putin that regularly kills foreign citizens abroad.
