“The new charges against Khodorkovsky belong to the most bizarre excrescences of the Russian justice system, that already produces lots of bizarre stuff. This starts with the sheer extent of the accusations: Accordingly, Khodorkovsky deserves an entry in the Guinness Book of Records as the greatest oil theft of all times. Allegedly he stole 350 tons of oil – this amount is used in complete Germany in three years”
