From the Open Elections Headquarters in Moscow

Parliamentary elections will be held in Russia on 18 September 2016, having been brought forward from 4 December. The Open Elections Moscow headquarters will offer live updates and commentary by Russian political commentators and 19 candidates supported by Open Russia across 12 regions of Russia.

The Open Elections Moscow headquarters will be open for journalists from Noon (Moscow time) 

From 18.00 (Moscow time) a live broadcast will connect with Open Russia candidates in the regions and invited commentators, some of them in the headquarters. Commentators will include political scientist Gleb Pavlovsky, Vladimir Kara-Murza (senior), Vladimir Milov, and journalist Oleg Kashin.

The discussion will be broadcast live here.
