The text of the Supreme Court Presidium’s ruling which refuses Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s and Platon Lebedev’s appeal against their second trial has now been received by the defence team.

The Presidium of the Supreme Court refused to initiate review proceedings on the case on November 13, 2013. The defence has been waiting for the official document to arrive by post in order to review the motives behind the decision.
