On Saturday ‘March for Peace’ – against Russian intervention in Ukraine – took place in central Moscow. According to various sources the anti-war demonstration was attended by about 50,000 people,  outnumbering the attendees at the March for the contrary cause, that took place on the same day.

Earlier this month, Mikhail Khodorkovsky said during his address at Maidan in Kiev, “there is another Russia” – a statement which has proved to be accurate.

Among thousands of ordinary Muscovites, prominent opposition figures such as politician Boris Nemtsov and musician Andrey Makarevich, walked together in solidarity with Ukraine, sending a message to the World that there is another Russia.
